How Probiotics Benefit Aquaculture

In aquaculture, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei and Enterococcus faecium Bifidobacterium thermophilum all produce Lactic acid and aggressively attaches to the gut wall. PrimaLac’s Multi-strain approach allows this combination of organisms to be effect throughout the entire gut. This approach is also effective in improving the external environment by helping decrease the pathogen load in the water and decreasing the amount of nutrients being excreted by the host.

PrimaLac 454 Feed Grade carries microbial cultures in rice hulls and calcium carbonate. For aqua delivery, we often suggest 50lb. multiwall plastic interlined bags.
